Personal Development Audio MP3s and Monitor Screen Messages Go A Long Way For Life Change !

We've heard of motivational and mindset audios including subliminal persuasion ones but when this technology is used simultaneously with motivational and mindset training flashing pc monitor screen messages for long enough periods of time daily, the results can be amazing. If we are cognizant of the fact that beingness (how you feel) leads to doingness (action) and havingness/results (money), then we can imagine that if we change our default emotions dramatically, this will automatically lead to different choices/actions and ultimately results not to forget also changing the "eternal now". Because our todays become our yesterdays (memories) and give us expectation for tomorrow, it behooves us to create a better now rather than leaving the way we feel now on default.

We should remember that our thoughts and emotions are very real for us which impact our physical bodies immediately and over time. So we can create better physical health not just from exercise and proper nutrition but from taking responsibility for the way we feel every day. The para sympathetic and autonomic nervous systems in the body are directly impacted by the subconscious mind and hence the mind/body connection. Spending enough time each day influencing our minds positively pays dividends that are beyond calculation. If you have the right suggestions in the right sequence, you remove success blocks and enhance the positive flow of your day.

Try this formula for removing any negativity internally and externally in our perception: 3 hours daily of "Feel Good" focused suggestions, 1 hour daily of "Good Life" suggestions, 1 hour daily of "Abundance" suggestions including dollar amounts or time limits and 1 hour daily of "Gratitude" suggestions. Do this simultaneously with "deep breath work". Yes that's right I said 6 hours daily dedicated to personal development and mindset training, because that's the commitment required to view the world in a whole new positive light. It's like going into a dark room and switching on intense bright lights. That's exactly what it feels like.
