We should remember that our thoughts and emotions are very real for us which impact our physical bodies immediately and over time. Do this simultaneously with "deep breath work". Yes that's right I said 6 hours daily dedicated to personal development and mindset training, because that's the commitment required to view the world in a whole new positive light. It's like going into a dark room and switching on intense bright lights. That's exactly what it feels like.
